Interview process for right candidate:
  • Engage suitable candidate for a personnel interview.

  • Prepare an assessment sheet based on their technical and soft skill requirements to fill the position effectively.

  • Shortlist the suitable candidates and coordinate the interview process with clients.

  • Extend all cooperation to the client to make better and informed decisions in finalizing the suitable candidate till the end of selection.


Follow-up support:
  • Coordinate consistently all the formalities till the candidates join the client organization.

  • Support in identifying the performance as well as the character attributes of the candidates through formal and informal channels to conduct reference check.

  • Reference check feedback can be given normally 1-2 weeks from the date of finalizing the position details.


Understanding client needs better:
  • Engage clients in a detailed discussion regarding the client organization activities, structure, culture and future strategies. We also check the position, responsibilities, and compensation including both technical and soft skills for the job.


Careful selection of candidates:
We conduct detailed search process for the selection of suitable candidates based on the competency either from database or from other sources to fulfill client’s requirements and needs.
